Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance required; Master’s preferred.
• CPA certification or JD/EA preferred or required.
• Seven+ years of federal tax client service experience; supervising tax professionals.
• Experience with accounting methods and tax provisions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies when research is needed and conducts investigations.
• Ensures clients comply with applicable authorities and minimizes tax liabilities.
• Develops and implements tax strategies to maximize client benefits.
• Represents clients before tax authorities and handles inquiries.
• Drives business development and market strategies for Tax Accounting Methods.
