Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• CPA license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and internal meetings, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Conduct in-depth research on complex tax matters and communicate findings clearly in reports.
• Review tax return work to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify issues and suggest practical solutions.
• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Support client growth and retention through strategic planning and business development.
• Mentor and manage tax professionals, providing coaching and career development.
