Tarvos Talent is looking for a talented Tax Manager to oversee a fantastic real estate organization in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax related decisions and activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax‑compliant and up‑to‑date on new tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform tax research
• Prepare and review tax returns
• Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
• Oversee non‑income tax compliance
• Prepare for and lead tax audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required or close to completion
• 4+ years' of experience of professional tax experience
• Public accounting experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
