Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC is assisting a well-established Austin CPA firm in adding a Tax Manager at the Manager, Senior Manager, Director, or Partner level. The role is hybrid in Austin, TX, and targets someone who can lead complex tax engagements for businesses, trusts, and individuals.

You will provide tax planning, advisory support, and work closely with pass-through entities, building trusted client relationships while serving as a senior technical resource within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive tax experience preferred for Director/Partner-level candidates in public accounting.
• CPA required
• Strong experience with business, pass-through, and trust taxation
• Confident, client-facing communication skills
• Ability to independently manage complex tax matters and client relationships
• Professionals who want to contribute to a growing firm and have a voice in its direction

A well-established Austin CPA firm is growing and looking to add an experienced tax professional at the Manager, Senior Manager, Director, or Partner level.
