Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in public accounting.
• Degree in Accounting and active CPA status.
• Experience managing associates; coaching and reviews.
• Strong understanding of tax accounting for C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, LLCs, etc.
• Familiarity with real estate/construction sector is a plus.
• Client facing role with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor associates on tax engagements for small businesses and high-wealth individuals.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate tax planning for 2026 filings.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
