Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting and active CPA status.
• 8+ years of relevant public accounting experience.
• Experience leading and coaching associates and conducting reviews.
• Strong knowledge of tax for C-corps, S-corps, partnerships and LLCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements for small to mid-sized businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
• Coach and mentor associates; perform reviews to ensure quality output.
• Work with CFOs and financial executives; manage client relationships.
• Stay current on tax law changes; support planning for 2026 filings.
