LHH Recruitment Solutions in the United States is partnering with a stable firm to recruit a CPA for their tax practice. The role can be tailored to experience, from an early-career tax professional to Tax Senior, Tax Manager, or potential Partner.

The position involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, proactive planning, client relationship management, and multi-state tax work, with meaningful advancement and possible partnership. Relocation assistance may be considered.

Formación

• Public accounting or tax firm experience.
• Experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns.
• Strong organizational and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate tax matters to clients.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Experience with modern tax software and electronic client-service tools.
• Openness to evolving technology and AI-enabled tax workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and entities.
• Support proactive tax planning and client advisory engagements.
• Manage client engagements and build trusted relationships.
• Oversee partnerships and S corporation returns and complex 1040s.
• Review tax returns and respond to notices.
• Support flow-through income and K-1 reporting.
• Assist with multi-state tax compliance and tax projects.
