Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of tax accounting experience in public accounting.
• CPA status and accounting degree required.
• Experience leading tax engagements and mentoring staff.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to collaborate with CFOs and financial executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements for small to mid-sized clients, with focus on real estate and high-wealth individuals.
• Supervise and coach tax staff; perform reviews and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with not-for-profit and business owners for tax planning and compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
