Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant public accounting experience.
• Accounting degree and active CPA status.
• Senior Tax Accountant experience with small businesses and high-wealth individuals.
• Experience coaching/mentoring and conducting reviews.
• Strong tax knowledge for C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, LLCs.
• Familiarity with real estate/construction tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements for small to mid-sized clients.
• Mentor and manage associates; review work product.
• Develop client relationships and provide strategic tax planning.
• Collaborate with CFOs, Controllers and other executives.
