Vector Recruiting LLC is seeking a Manager, Tax for a public accounting firm in central Ohio. This role focuses on tax for small to mid-sized businesses, not-for-profits and individuals, with potential for partner status; you'll lead engagements, supervise staff, and provide strategic tax planning.

You’ll balance client service with work‑life quality, enjoy a supportive culture, and work closely with the managing partner.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in public accounting for tax
• CPA status and active license
• Experience as Sr. Tax Accountant working with small businesses and high-wealth individuals
• Experience managing associates; coaching/mentoring; performing reviews
• Strong understanding of tax accounting for C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, LLCs, etc.
• Familiarity with real estate/construction sector is a big plus; understanding partnership tax implications
• Client-facing role requiring strong interpersonal and client relationship skills with CFOs/Controllers/financial executives
• Adept with software like UltraTax, QuickBooks, RIA and Excel

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance on complex tax issues and partnerships/real estate structures
