Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in public accounting.
• Degree in Accounting and active CPA status.
• Experience supervising associates; coaching and reviews.
• Strong understanding of tax for C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, LLCs.
• Familiarity with real estate / construction sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor tax staff; coach and review work.
• Manage client relationships; partner with CFOs and executives.
• Provide tax planning and compliance guidance for small to mid-sized clients.
• Collaborate with partners to guide strategic tax initiatives.
