Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 6+ years of recent tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification.
• Experience preparing US-based individual, partnership and entity returns.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Build impactful relationships with clients and maintain relationships with firm leadership.
• Cultivate expertise and impart specialized knowledge congruent with firm niches, initiatives and needs.
• Take responsibility for accurate time and billing for self and team.
• Train, supervise and ongoing development of associates and seniors.
• Develop working knowledge of the client's business and meet deadlines.
• Actively solicit new client relationships and participate in client seminars.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and apply knowledge to engagements.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals to coordinate efforts and deliver tax services.
