Qualifications

• 8+ years of US tax compliance/consulting in public accounting.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.
• Experience preparing US-based individual, partnership, and entity returns.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Taxation.
• Experience with GoSystems or CCH Axcess.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and others.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and firm leadership.
• Lead, train, and develop associates and seniors.
• Ensure accurate time and billing for self and team.
• Stay updated on tax laws and apply changes to engagements.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to deliver tax services.
• Solicit new client relationships and participate in seminars.
• Develop knowledge of client’s business and meet deadlines.
