Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Manager for its Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple engagements, reviews complex returns, and mentors staff. A hybrid work model and offices nationwide offer flexibility in location.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of tax experience, CPA or EA certification, and familiarity with GoSystems or CCH Axcess. Knowledge of tax laws and client relationship building is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 4+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or public/Corporate mix.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and develop associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Build relationships with clients and firm leadership; maintain a strong client network.
• Develop specialized knowledge aligned with firm niches and needs.
• Ensure accurate time and billing for self and team.
• Meet client deadlines and understand client business operations.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in professional development.
