• CPA license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Five or more years of public accounting experience
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting or MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex tax returns
• Manage quarterly and annual tax projections
• Oversee tax compliance and planning engagements
• Maintain quality control throughout the tax process
• Coordinate staffing and workflow across tax engagements
• Mentor, train, and develop tax professionals
• Create and present internal CPE programs
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each client’s business
• Support proposals and new business opportunities
• Improve tax department processes and operating efficiencies
• Contribute to strategic planning and firm growth initiatives
