Jobot is seeking a Tax Manager CPA to lead tax engagements and mentor staff in a hybrid environment. You will work with ownership and clients, drive tax planning, and oversee complex returns in a small firm setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Enrolled Agent or 5+ years public accounting experience preferred.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience with increasing scope and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements and supervise staff and client service.
• Review and prepare complex individual, trust, estate and business tax returns.
• Conduct tax research, planning, and review, including trust accountings.
