Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in public accounting.
• CPA status and a degree in Accounting are required.
• Experience with C-corps, S-corps, partnerships and LLCs.
• Experience managing associates; coaching and reviews.
• Strong client-facing skills with CFOs, controllers, and executives.
• Familiarity with real estate or construction sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in UltraTax, QuickBooks, RIA and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements for small to mid-sized businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
• Coach and mentor tax staff; conduct reviews and provide feedback.
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond to tax planning needs.
• Collaborate with partners to drive client satisfaction and growth.
• Engage in business development and firm operations as needed.
