You will oversee tax engagements for small to mid‑sized businesses, engage with high net worth clients, and lead a collaborative team focused on quality and client service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in public accounting.
• Degree in Accounting and active CPA status.
• Experience as a Sr. Tax Accountant serving small businesses and high wealth individuals.
• Experience coaching/mentoring and performing reviews of associates.
• Strong understanding of tax accounting for C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, LLCs, etc.
• Familiarity with real estate/construction sector is a plus; knowledge of various partnerships and tax implications.
• Client-facing role with CFOs/Controllers and other financial executives.
• Proficiency with UltraTax, QuickBooks, RIA, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor tax staff and associates; perform reviews of work performed.
• Manage tax engagements for small businesses and high net worth individuals.
• Build and maintain client relationships; coordinate with CFOs and financial leaders.
