Job summary

CLA is looking to hire Tax Manager or Director for our growing Northeast Tax practice. Locations include: Baltimore, MD, Columbia, MD, North Bethesda, MD, Arlington, VA, Greenbelt, MD, King of Prussia, PA, and Bethlehem, PA.

As the ideal candidate you will consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning, lead and review tax engagements, and train team members. A CPA certification is required; a JD or EA may be accepted in place of CPA.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• 10+ years experience highly preferred.

About The Role

As a Tax Director/Manager You Will

As Our Ideal Candidate

• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• You have an active CPA certification. A JD or EA may be accepted in place of a CPA certification.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The compensation range for this position in Maryland is: $116,000.00 – $187,000.00.
