This role is based in Wisconsin and emphasizes leadership within a growing professional services firm. The ideal candidate has extensive public accounting experience, CPA/EA eligibility or CPA license, and a track record of cross-selling and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in public accounting.
• CPA, EA, or equivalent certification preferred; eligibility to sit for either exam required.
• Active CPA license is preferred for this role.

Responsabilités

• Manage client relationships and ownership of complex engagements and projects.
• Lead and mentor staff on engagements, with sign-off on work papers.
• Develop staff, conduct stay interviews, and assist with staffing strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and client cross-selling.
