Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in public accounting required.
• CPA, EA, or equivalent certification preferred. Eligibility to sit for either exam required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ownership of complex engagements and projects.
• Coordinate engagements from start to finish, controlling budgets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and service expansion.
• Develop staff and provide mentorship.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with related laws and firm policies.
• Staff supervision and performance management.
• Recruitment and retention efforts.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff.
