Job summary

RadRecruit seeks an experienced tax professional to lead engagements end-to-end for nonprofit, corporate, and partnership clients. You’ll manage a team of seniors, review workpapers, and ensure timely delivery with a structured, scalable approach.

The role requires strong tax technical knowledge and years of hands-on tax experience; CPA is preferred. The position offers a capped, hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work to optimize client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax experience across nonprofits, corporations, or partnerships.
• Confidence running returns end-to-end from kickoff to delivery.
• Experience leading seniors and reviewing workpapers.

Responsibilities

• Lead full engagements from planning through review and delivery.
• Manage a team of seniors who know the work and don’t need micromanaging.
• Mentor when needed and clear roadblocks.
• Keep timelines moving without chaos.
• Lead with structure while allowing operational flexibility.
