RadRecruit is seeking a Tax Manager in Naperville, IL to lead end-to-end tax engagements for nonprofits, partnerships, and corporations. The role emphasizes a technical edge, supervising seniors, and driving firm growth within a supported, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience at a Big 4, national, or large regional firm.
• 5+ years running returns across nonprofits, partnerships, or corporations.
• Comfortable reviewing senior-level workpapers and owning sign-off.
• Strong technical foundation and practical judgment.
• Active CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run engagements end-to-end across a tenured client base.
• Review senior-level workpapers and sign off on deliverables.
• Develop the seniors reporting into you.
• Weigh in on how the tax practice grows—client mix, staffing, delivery.
• Hold the technical bar without holding every engagement together.
