Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA license preferred.
• 3–7+ years of public accounting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, multifaceted workload.

Responsibilities

• Assume primary responsibility for client engagements, including planning, staffing, timing, technical issues and other decisions.
• Oversee completion of engagements with minimal oversight.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews.
• Supervise and mentor staff, guiding technical development and maintaining a respectful team atmosphere.
• Complete annual performance evaluations and manage staff conversations.
• Assist Principals with identifying and pursuing new clients.
• Grow client relationships through professionalism and service.
• Promote the Firm’s image through panels, publications, and events.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships; seek value-added opportunities.
• Increase profitability by efficient time management and adding value.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
