Job summary

Qualified candidates have a CPA, 3–7+ years in public accounting, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• CPA license required with strong public accounting background.
• 3–7+ years of experience in public accounting or related balance of education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax engagements from planning to completion with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and mentor staff and senior accountants; develop client relationships.
• Assist Principals and Partners with identifying and pursuing new clients.
• Promote firm image through conferences, training, and publications.
• Increase office profitability by efficient time management and service quality.
