Zyve, a nationally recognized public accounting and advisory firm, seeks an experienced Tax Manager to join its growing tax practice. You will own client engagements, review complex returns, identify tax planning opportunities, and mentor junior professionals.

The ideal candidate has a CPA license, 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, and strong C-Corporation and partnership tax knowledge. You will work with senior leadership on client strategy in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• 2+ years supervising or managing tax professionals.
• Strong C-Corporation tax experience.
• Experience with partnership taxation and complex business returns.
• Strong understanding of federal and state income tax regulations.
• ASC 740 / tax provision experience is highly preferred.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple engagements, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage tax engagements from planning through completion.
• Review complex federal and state income tax returns.
• Manage tax compliance for C-Corporations, partnerships, and other business entities.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide proactive guidance to clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client relationships.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, ownership structure, and tax needs.
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Review work prepared by Tax Seniors and Staff and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor and develop junior tax professionals.
• Research complex federal and state tax matters.
• Collaborate with Partners and senior leadership on client strategy and complex engagements.
• Support ASC 740 and income tax provision work as applicable.
