Teksky LLC seeks an experienced Tax Manager to oversee engagements from start to finish, mentor staff, and maintain strong client relationships. You will lead tax planning for high-net-worth clients, stay current on tax code changes, and collaborate with legal and financial advisors across complex returns.

Ideal candidates bring extensive public accounting experience, CPA preferred, and strong communication skills to manage multiple priorities and teams effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven relevant tax experience, including substantial experience in public accounting (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required); Master’s a plus
• CPA license preferred
• In-depth knowledge of tax law affecting individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities
• Proficiency with tax software (UltraTax a plus), ERP systems, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills with clients, government agencies, and financial institutions
• Effective at managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and team assignments

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across all aspects of financial management
• Collaborate with clients’ legal and financial advisory professionals
• Prepare, manage, and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, trust, estate, and gift tax returns
• Lead tax planning strategies for high-net-worth clients
• Stay current on tax code changes and IRS regulations
• Conduct tax and accounting research and communicate insights to clients and partners
• Build and manage business client relationships and engagements
• Review and draft responses to federal and state tax notices
• Mentor, train, and lead a team of tax professionals
