Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Current CPA license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for large corporate clients, including complex filings.
• Conduct in-depth research on corporate tax matters and communicate findings clearly.
• Review tax return preparations for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Review ASC 740 tax provisions for accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify issues and provide insights.
• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships.
