Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a 4-year degree, CPA/Law EA or equivalent.
• Five years of experience relevant to tax and advisory services.
• Preferred qualifications include supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted team member providing tax, accounting and advisory services to small business and middle market clients.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation or compilation.
• Review client records, provide analysis and discuss accounting matters with clients.
• Deliver high-quality service, responsive and professional client interactions.
• Lead client engagements and identify improvements and efficiencies in processes.
