Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 4-year degree; CPA, Law License, or EA; Five (5) years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s, master’s, or advanced degree in accounting; 5+ years of federal tax compliance/consulting in public accounting; supervisory experience; strong communication and management skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member delivering tax, accounting and advisory services to small businesses and middle-market clients.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and financial statements preparation.
• Review client records and provide analysis and consultation and discuss accounting matters.
• Deliver excellent client service with timely, professional, accurate delivery.
• Lead client engagements and identify process improvements and internal-control issues.
• Manage client relationships and support team leaders in delivering services.
