Qualifications

• 4-year degree
• CPA, Law License, or EA
• Eight (8) years of experience
• PE industry experience preferred
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong client service and leadership abilities
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle market to multinational clients
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters
• Consult on technical matters in corporate and flow-through taxation, accounting methods, and ASC740
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries with recommendations
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, credits, and incentives
• Manage engagement staffing, billing/collections, and profitability targets
• Network and build relationships to acquire new clients and projects
• Invest in professional development and mentor staff
• Support growth and development through firm programs

Education

Bachelor’s, master’s, or advanced degree in accounting
