• Be a trusted member of the team providing various tax, accounting and advisory services to small business clients
• Oversee and provide services pertaining to accounting, bookkeeping and prepared or compiled financials
• Review and analyze accounting records and reporting with clients, provide analysis, and discuss accounting matters
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to clients with responsiveness, timeliness, professionalism, and accuracy
• Lead and plan client engagements, evaluating processes for efficiencies and internal controls
