As a services manager, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals on structuring, tax planning, and advisory work for diverse clients.

You will deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting engagements, elevate complex issues to senior management, and lead projects while mentoring team members in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services or tax within financial services.
• CPA, EA or licensed attorney credentials required.
• Exposure to federal income taxation and state/local tax.
• Proficiency with tax and accounting technologies.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting work for clients.
• Elevate problem areas to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax returns and projects.
• Consult with clients and senior management on complex matters.
• Lead projects and work independently with guidance only on the most complex situations.
• Manage communications with client tax liaisons and trust teams.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and workflow.
• Oversee engagement deliverables and team resources to meet deadlines and accuracy.
• Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.
