• Proven ability to own client relationships and drive planning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review complex returns across individuals, partnerships, S corps, C corps and trusts.
• Own client relationships year round.
• Spot planning opportunities and advise beyond compliance.
• Work with the owner on complex matters and wider client strategy.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
• Take on more client service, team and operations duties as succession advances.
