Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience leading client engagements and mentoring staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax advisory and planning engagements for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, trusts, and fiduciary entities.
• Manage client relationships and engagement profitability.
• Mentor staff and develop junior accountants.
• Drive business development and growth initiatives.
