Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
  • CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam required.
  • 2+ years of public accounting experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of tax experience with individual and business returns preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S‑Corps, C‑Corps, and trusts.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Tax Preparation & Planning
  • Prepare and review individual, partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, trust, and related tax returns
  • Assist clients with tax planning strategies and compliance requirements
  • Research tax issues and identify planning opportunities
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and client-ready work products
Client Service & Advisory
  • Work directly with business owners and individual clients
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Gather and analyze financial information to provide practical recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to add value through proactive tax and advisory services
Team Leadership & Development
  • Review and oversee work completed by staff accountants
  • Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and engagement deadlines
  • Mentor and support developing professionals
  • Contribute to a culture focused on learning, collaboration, and professional growth
Engagement Management
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
