This is an opportunity to join a firm where your voice matters, your client relationships are valued, and your career path is not limited by layers of bureaucracy.

The firm has built its reputation on delivering exceptional tax, accounting, and advisory services to privately held businesses, business owners, agricultural operations, professionals, and individuals. As the practice continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced tax professional who is eager to lead client engagements, mentor staff, provide proactive planning strategies, and help shape the future of the firm.

If you're looking for a role that combines technical tax expertise, trusted-advisor client relationships, team leadership, and long-term growth opportunities, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.

  • Meaningful advisory work beyond tax compliance
  • Opportunity to influence firm growth and strategy
  • Modern technology and efficient workflows
  • Supportive and collaborative culture
  • Strong work-life balance and flexibility

Exceptional candidates with significant public accounting leadership experience, a proven track record of client management, or business-development capabilities may be considered above the posted compensation range.

The Opportunity

As a Tax Manager, you'll serve as both a technical expert and trusted business advisor while helping lead client engagements and develop the next generation of professionals.
