Jobot is seeking a Tax Manager CPA on a path to partnership in the Oklahoma City area. This hybrid role blends leadership with hands-on tax work for individuals, trusts, estates, and businesses, under ownership collaboration.

You will bring 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, CPA or Enrolled Agent, and strong client service, communication, and project management skills. Competitive compensation with bonuses and a clear track to ownership awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Enrolled Agent or 5+ years public accounting experience.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Public accounting tax experience with increasing responsibilities (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex individual, trust, estate and business tax returns
• Lead engagements throughout all aspects of accounting including tax research, tax planning and review and preparation of trust accountings
• Develop and cultivate professional client relationships
