Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Tax Manager to join its growing tax department in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on quarterly income tax reporting, year-end provisions, and liaison with external tax advisors as part of a fast-growing, multinational organization.

The position offers exposure to acquisitions, legal entity restructurings, and tax technology initiatives, with a full-time hybrid schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, within commutable distance of Lancaster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in corporate taxation or public accounting.
• Strong ASC 740 knowledge.
• Experience coordinating complex tax reporting and compliance processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quarterly income tax provision calculations.
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders for tax reporting.
• Support tax compliance and year-end tax provision processes.
• Manage information requests from external advisors for federal, state, and local tax compliance.
• Monitor tax law developments and impacts on reporting.
• Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings related to tax.
