Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join its growing tax department. This role will be responsible for managing the Company's quarterly income tax reporting process, supporting outsourced income tax compliance and year-end tax provision activities, and serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external tax advisors.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate taxation or public accounting.
• Strong ASC 740 knowledge.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly income tax reporting and year-end tax provision work.
• Coordinate with external advisors on federal, state, and local income tax compliance.
• Coordinate responses to tax notices and audits and manage deadlines and deliverables.
• Support tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and legal entity restructurings.
