Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join its growing tax department. This role will manage the Company's quarterly income tax reporting process, support outsourced tax compliance, and coordinate year-end tax provision activities with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Position offers hybrid work in a dynamic environment, with exposure to acquisitions, restructurings and multinational operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in corporate taxation or public accounting.
• Strong ASC 740 knowledge.
• Experience coordinating complex tax reporting and compliance processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quarterly income tax provision calculations under ASC 740.
• Coordinate information with Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders for quarterly tax reporting.
• Review tax deliverables by external advisors, including returns and estimates.
• Track filing deadlines, extensions, and estimated tax payments.
• Coordinate responses to federal and state tax notices and audits.
• Maintain tax calendars and process documentation.
