Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Tax Manager to join its growing tax department. You will manage quarterly income tax reporting, support outsourced compliance, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Hybrid full-time work with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation. CPA is ideal but not required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate taxation or public accounting.
• Strong ASC 740 knowledge and experience coordinating complex tax reporting across stakeholders.
• Ability to liaise with external tax advisors and manage tax compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly income tax reporting and year-end tax provision activities.
• Coordinate information requests from external advisors for federal, state, and local tax compliance.
• Serve as internal coordinator for annual tax returns and external advisor workstreams.
• Monitor tax deadlines, extensions, estimated payments, and notices.
• Maintain tax calendars, process documentation, and internal controls.
• Support tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and entity restructurings.
