What you will do:

• Be part of our leadership team that will train and develop staff
• Manage client work and relationships
• Review and/or prepare federal and state corporate & partnership income tax returns
• Review and/or prepare income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740
• Assist with tax consulting and research, including domestic and international matters relevant to our clients

What you need to bring:

• 5 years of experience preparing federal and state income tax returns
• 1-2 years of income tax return review experience
• CPA license
• CCH Axcess experience preferred
• ProSystem fx Engagement experience preferred

Who we serve:

• Foreign-owned US subsidiaries, typically from German-speaking countries
• Clients in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, technology & fashion
