Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Tax Manager to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Utilizing QuickBooks to manage and maintain financial records and transactions.
• Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns.
• Identifying and mitigating tax risks.
• Coordinating accounting staff and managing tax compliance workload.
• Enhancing and implementing tax preparation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations and ensuring compliance.
• Assisting with tax audits and tax returns.
• Preparing quarterly and annual tax reports.
• Collaborating with auditors to ensure compliance and successful audits.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with complex tax return experience.
• Active CPA license.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High integrity, dependability, and results-oriented mindset.
