Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience.

• Knowledge of and ability to use standard office software systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, fees, taxes, permits, and records.
• Review and process motor vehicle documents and financial materials, ensuring compliance.
• Provide customer service and technical support by phone, in person, and in writing for motor vehicle issues.
• Enter, verify, and update vehicle registrations, applications, and tax records; compile and validate data.
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, correct discrepancies, and prepare cash bags.
