Spring internships run January through April and require in-office availability of 24 hours per week. The program supports professional growth in public accounting and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior accounting major pursuing a degree in accounting.
• Preferred GPA 3.0 or higher with leadership and campus involvement valued.
• Active pursuit of CPA designation; strong computer, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in federal/state tax preparation and research.
• Work with HBK software and contribute to high-quality tax work.
• Collaborate with team members across levels and participate in training programs.
• Support tax preparation for individuals and businesses during the internship window.
