Responsibilities

• Receive training on federal and state tax preparation, tax research, tax laws, and HBK software.
• Attend a week-long 1040 Tax Training Program.
• Contribute to the firm by providing timely and high-quality work products.
• Work closely with team members across all levels of the organization.
• Gain hands-on training on how to prepare tax returns (individual and corporate).
• Gain a better understanding of how public accounting firms operate.
• Strengthen communication, analytical, and professional skills through hands-on experience.
