Job summary

Triada Tax Services LLC is seeking a Tax/Office Intern for Winter 2026 through Spring 2027 to support our tax season workflow. You will gain hands-on experience in accounting, tax preparation, and office operations while assisting with data entry, client communications, and file management.

The role emphasizes learning tax filing processes, teamwork, and confidentiality. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate academic commitments and peak tax season demands.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office software (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office Suite, Etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a team‑oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and preparing individual and business tax returns by inputting tax data into tax software, verifying the accuracy of the tax return, and supporting team members with finalizing and filing the tax return
• Shadow team members during the full return preparation process by observing data entry, learning workflows, and gaining hands‑on understanding and experience of the tax filing process
• Maintain and update client files, both digital and physical
• Greet and communicate with clients in person, by phone, or via email
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for tax staff
• Help with general office duties such as scanning, copying, mailing, and filing
• Support with assembling and reviewing final tax return packages
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client information
