The role emphasizes reviewing IRS guidance, applying it to products and procedures, and delivering trainings while partnering with business lines to resolve compliance issues. A CPA or equivalent experience is valuable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in tax, accounting, or related areas.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and online research tools (RIA, Westlaw).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the US Information Reporting and Withholding team.
• Review IRS guidance and assess impact on products and procedures.
• Provide trainings and respond to day‑to‑day tax questions from lines of business.
• Ensure year-end tax reporting for Forms 1099, 1098, 1042‑S.
