Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax guidance and full preparation services in dedicated local offices across the United States.

You will drive local growth, host community events, and help clients navigate complex tax questions while introducing them to Intuit’s ecosystem of products. The role emphasizes client relationships, professional conduct, and ongoing training for expanded services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Build local customer base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
